I am not able to gain my weight. I am 25 years old. My weight is 55 kg. My gym trainer said it should be 68 kg. But I use to eat a lot but I do not get fat. I feel fit and energy in me but I do not look muscular. Even after eating many food items I remain slim. My weakness is I speak a lot and think a lot I feel stressed many times because of few challenges in career. I am working on it. Please guide me for this and suggest me vegetarian food that will help me to gain weight and increase blood in my body. Should I start protein powder, ashwagandha powder? Guide me.
