I exercise regularly in the gym with weights and sometime back I had pain in my left knee. It was fine for a few months and I could do weighted squats but now again the pain has started. I am using a knee cap / knee supporter but still continue to experience pain when I do squats. What can I do to reduce the pain and continue squatting.

Mostly this is because of over exercising. It can also be due to certain factors like patellar malalignment, poor biomechanics etc. Good physiotherapy can help you a lot.
