I am a 25 year old male and I have a prescription of propranolol for occasional use for anxiety. Over the past month situations have led me to taking the medication about 3 times a week and i'm concerned that this might not be considered occasional and that the rule of "don't stop suddenly taking this medication" may begin to apply to me. Is it okay to take this medication 3 days out of the week? (20 mg dose).
