I am suffering from gerd since last 4 months. Along with that I have shortness of breath. My x ray reports say my lungs are clear but still I have trouble in breathing. I feel fatigued most of the day. When I lie down, I feel like my head is spinning. My echocardiogram also shows ectopic heartbeats. I have taken medication for all the described conditions but I do not feel any change. I'm still suffering from them. I have read on internet that magnesium supplements could be of help to cure some of the conditions like fatigueness, heart palpitations, dizziness, etc. Please let me know what is going on with me and also suggest whether I should take magnesium supplements?
