For the past 3 years, I have been having a continuous upper left back pain (between the shoulder blade and spine, rhomboid/trap region) the pain comes on a daily basis and is dull in nature. The corresponding vertebrae next to the area also feel tender. I would rate the severity of the pain between 6/10 and 8/10 as a maximum. I have been struggling with this pain. I have had x-rays and bloods taken which were normal. I have been to several physios who recommended several stretching exercises, gym back workouts and rhomboid stretches. I have done them all consistently with no results. Pain killers do not help. This is really affecting my qol now. Any help would be useful.

Hi, by your explanation it seems you are very much aware of your problem. And you had taken proper precautions and medication for that I would again suggest you to go for physiotherapy but not to regular one but go to physiotherapy clinic which is mdt certified. Google search for help (mdt certified physiotherapy clinic). This is new technique which will help you for sure. Thank you.
