I am 14 year old girl and my weight is 55 kg. So please suggest me a diet chart. And I have a constipation too. So please recommend me what should I eat. And I do not do exercise because I have school homework so I do not have so much time to do exercise. But if you recommend me a exercise so I will surely do that. My food chart is I eat tea and biscuits in breakfast and in lunch I eat 2 chapattis with pulse and I eat rice and in dinner I eat 3 chapattis.

Hi dear. you are in your growing years. start your breakfast with protein rich foods like paneer, sprouts eggs or oats. you can have a fruit or some dates mid mornings. lunch and dinner can be simple homemade foods like rice chapati dal sabzi. have some warm milk at bedtime. you can do sone yoga or skipping for 20minutes daily. never skip breakfast. drink lots of water for constipation have papaya in the evening
