I got a knee injury in Mid-April. On the left knee due to exercising all of a sudden after a very long gap. Involving a lot of knee movements. I am 39. Using knee supporter, the pain went away in 6 weeks. I didn't realize that it wasn't completely healed on the inside. So after 6 weeks, when I vigorously scraped my feet on a rough surface, by twisting & turning, the pain came back. And it took another 6 weeks for the pain to go away. It used to pain only while making knee movements. After mid-july, no pain, but mild sensation persists upon making knee movements every time. How long does it take to heal completely?
