I get angry very quickly over little little things. How can I keep myself calm and stay focused towards my studies. As I am into BDS profession.

Follow these methods to control anger: * do long breathing pranayams daily for 15 minutes. * when you feel angry drink a glass of water and take 2 -3 long breaths at that time. * sleep properly 6 to 8 hrs at night and do not take stress. You can do head and foot massage with oil to destress yourself it also control your anger. * drink 6 - 8 glass of water daily. * do morning walk and jogging daily. * avoid excessive intake of coffee and alcohol. * eat healthy food and avoid pickle.
