Yesterday while playing badminton suddenly I got pain in back I think I got cramp there fill more pain on the left side of the back difficult to stand straight for long period after sitting when I stand up there is pain in my back.

It's due to muscle spasm, because of disc lesions happened at the lumbar level, try to do the back muscles strengthening exercises along with it avoid strenuous activities, forward bending, sitting on the floor, squatting, weight lifting etc.
