My son is 4 months 20 days old. Since yesterday he has been suffering from diarrhea (i guess). Watery green stool is coming out. Yesterday 3 times and today also 4 times. Also vomited once. I have consulted a doctor and he prescribed azithral 100, darolac sachet and metronidazole suspension. After 2 days of medication still he is not ok. May be i'm a bit restless but he is just 4 months baby. So very tensed. Please suggest whether treatment is going properly.

If the frequency of stools has decreased, then treatment is working. You should complete the course of medicines.
