I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure 8 months ago. I'm on medication taking tenipack 20 and olkem 20 once daily, both are in control but I have aches all over my body, though I have done my complete body check up and everything is normal but still keep getting dizziness and aches almost every day. Is there anything else I should do? Please suggest me.
