HCG injection is not for body building. For body building you need a customised diet plan which will help to increase your muscle mass. High protein diet is generally recommended for body building. But there is a process to be followed first of all you can start with gaining, then leaning and atlast cutting. Diet varies in all these phases. First of all do a full body analysis through which you come to know your muscle mass, fat mass, fat free mass etc. After that I can plan a customised diet for you.
