Disc osteophytes are noted at c 4/5 and c 5/6 level with effacement of anterior csf colum spinal canal diameter 8.7 mm c 5/6 level 2. Vertebral bodies show loss of fatty marrow 3. In vertebral disc are normal in signal intensity and height 4.0 cervical and upper dorsal cord is normal in signal intensity 5. Paravertebral soft tissues appear normal 6. Cv junction is normal 7. No evidence of abnormal contrast / enhancement fluids noted impression: cervical spondylosis as described my doctor has prescribed me maxgalin 75 mg gabapin 100 mg orofer xt shelcal 500 mg calcium sachet lunch and dolo my problem is that I also suffer from internal hemorrhoids and if I eat this medicine then it gets worse and I suffer from constipation and then create a problem for me as it might bleeding please help me I am a student and I am unable to study and I studies in bananas hindu university please help me I am unable to study.

Neck tilt: from the sitting position, tilt your head down so your chin touches your chest. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Return to the starting position and repeat. Do this five times. Side-to-side neck tilt. From the same starting position, tilt you neck toward one shoulder, leading with your ear. Hold for 5 seconds and then return to the starting position. Do this five times on each side. Neck turn. Look straight ahead, then turn your head to one side, keeping your chin at the same level. Do this five times on each side. Neck stretch. Holding the rest of your body straight, push your chin forward, stretching your throat. Hold for 5 seconds. From the same starting position, push your chin backward and hold for 5 seconds. Do the forward and backward stretch five times each. If any of these exercises cause severe pain or weakness in your hands or arms, stop right away and talk with your doctor.
