Tumor ka size 8.7�4.8 mm hai ,mera prolactin ka level 50 hai .sir mai prolactin ka cabergoline medicine leti hu to normal ho jata hai level or bnd karti hu lena to fur bdh jata hai or mere sar me bhi bahut drd hote rhta hai. please aap mujhe btaye ki ye medicine se thik ho jayega ya operate krwana pdega or agar operation krwana pdega to kis type ka operation or kya wo risky hoga?
