Hello, As belly fat is very stubborn you need to focus on proper food and exercise to reduce it. Avoid fried, junk foods, starchy foods & vegetables, sweets, chocolates, ice cream, processed foods, soft drinks etc. Also with proper diet, exercise is equally important to reduce your belly fat so, a minimum of 45 minutes brisk walk a day is compulsory for more detailed diet contact us.
