Dear Sir, I am a 28 years old. I am having multiple health issues like - persistent cough, shortness of breath, weakness in muscles in abdomen and urinary area and throat also, difficulty speaking loudly, confusion also. Majorly I feel discomfort and weakness in my abdominal and urinary area. Also having frequent urination and need to bowel movements. What is my problem and which doctor must I see.

You should consult a psychiatrist. Please do not hesitate. Nowadays there are no mental factors which affect the physical body. Also, visit ent. Some times sleep apnea may be there due to allergy to dust and pollutants. If that is resolved many other symptoms will disappear. Line of action -> 1st visit ent. 2nd visit psychiatrist if symptoms do not go in 1 weeks time.
