I?m gaining for almost 4 years now. I was skinny and gained some weight too but still, I couldn?t get muscles. I look fit but I?m weak internally. I go to the gym and workout normally and gain some muscles for almost for two months but after that suddenly I feel extremely tired, face leg pain and can?t lift a weight. Again after a long break, I start gaining normally but till then I all muscles are gone and again I start from scratch. All my blood reports are normal and diet is also quite good. I?m still not able to figure out my problem. I even took some Dr. appointments but they just said it?s vitamin deficiency and they all ended up giving me vitamin tablets but no help. Please share your suggestions on this.
