I had protected sex on 3rd Aug & my periods regularly comes on 6th Aug but this time it is 12th Aug & some other symptoms are happening with me like - light bleeding, light pain & some dark brown colour substance is coming out. Is it sign of periods or anything else? Please reply to this as soon as possible.

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.
