Hi. I am 38 years old woman. I am having a gallstone of 12 mm now. It was 4 mm when detected first tym in 2012 during my second pregnancy when I had was having high fever which was not gng but no abdominal pain n all. So far no issues or symptoms. I worried becoz the stone size is increasing. Do I have to go for gallbladder removal becoz of the size increment. I have no other pain or symptoms. Pls advice.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike the case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they are not creating a problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing a problem, it's better to remove them.
