I am suffering from chronic tension-type since 10 years. I have been treated by allopathy medicines (eg tab inderal, tab tryptomer) but I didn't get satisfactory feeling. Meanwhile, I was also treated various systems ayurveda, homeopathy, acupuncture but I didn't get a good feeling. Recently I was searched, inj botulinum toxin can give relaxation in chronic tension-type headache in publications. So I want to know where I will get inj botulinum toxin centres in Hyderabad? For which speciality doctor to consult? Kindly give your valuable suggestions or advice for my long-lasting problem.

Please do yoga and pranayam for 30 minutes a day. You need to understand what is the trigger factor that is causing this headache. There is some tension that you are having everyday. Botulinum inj is the last thing you should try. Please try to eat healthy food on time, not skipping breakfasts, working out everyday.
