supradyn tablet is used for Healthy nails, skin and hair, vitamin b12 definiciency, skin diseases, acid indigestion, eye problems etc. it depends for what purpose you want to use it. are you suffering from any medical issues or so. you are too young, if there is any medical issues you can also take Healthy diet to overcome.
