Left kidney shows mild hydronephrosis. A calculus measuring 17.5 mm is noted at left pelvic ureteric junction. Right kidney shows a non-obstructing calculus measuring 8.6 mm in the lower pole calyx. Both ovaries show a polycystic pattern.
