Hello and welcome to Lybrate, I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Nearly every man can expect to experience an enlarged prostate as he gets older. The spurt in prostate growth typically begins around age 40, but the rate and extent of growth can vary considerably. While the normal size of the prostate is about 20 to 30 grams, it can increase to as much as 50 to 100 grams. I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you. You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
