Hi, I suddenly developed a severe muscle spasm in my neck and found out in my MRI that I have mild degeneration in my cervical discs. I have degeneration from c4 to c6. I have recovered 50% in 8 months. Still, I have pain in my back head every day. Radiating pain in my arms. Shoulder, numbness in my fingers while I sleep. I have been through 3 months of physiotherapy and I do exercise for my hands and neck every day. Of late I'm trying Siddha medicine and Varma massages. I have severe gas problems too. Whenever I eat something spicy or heavy the gas builds up around my chest and I feel difficult to breathe. Is this condition going to get better with time?

Hi Sir, Cervical traction will help you in reducing the numbness and pain. Consult physiotherapist for assessment then proceed with the treatment.
