Patient aged 54 years history of high uric acid develops stone of 0.54 cm in vuj. Alpha blockers along with flavoxate has been prescribed. Now in order to help with the excretion of uric acid and dissolution of the stone (be it oxalate or uric acid stone) what should be prescribed nodosis ds or stone 1syrup also. And what is the reason of not including anything among (nodosis ds or stone 1) if any. Ps nodosis ds is uses to alkalinize urine.
