I have been facing a small lump in my left testicle for 2 years from now and in the loose state, it appears bigger than my right testicle. However, during erection, it appears both sizes are exactly the same. I do not feel any pain in the lump and the lump is also not hard an also I have not experienced any type of pain in my testicles. For a few days, I am not getting proper erection and am not feeling the urge to masturbate in my normal frequency-time (2-3 days). This makes me worried. I have also heard about this testicular cancer and since then I am afraid whether it is linked with this lump sort of thing or not? Kindly help me. For your information, I am not experiencing any type of physical discomfort like coughing, breathing problems, fever, stomach pain, etc.nothing at all. Just I am worried about my erection and this lump in my left testicle. Kindly help me by replying soon.

Hello- its better to get your lump diagnosed first. Go for a testicular ultrasound and share reports for guidance.
