Hi, i'm doing workout including surya namaskara for approximately 1 hour in every day. Now i'm taking 1 day break in a week. Is this one will good or bad to my body. Can anybody please suggest.

Rest is must for body after an extensive workout. You should practice shava asana or yog nidra after each practice. Yeah one day rest is okay if you are doing 6 days workout. This will give time to your damaged cells to rebuilt themselves.
