Hi doctor, I am 29 year old. Having PCO. I got my last period on 18th June. Today its the 25th day of my cycle. My period cycle is usually of 33 days. This time I observed from day 22 I am having mild spotting and abdomen pain. This month when I consulted a doctor she did an amh test and the value was >9.00 so suggested to take myo-inositol tab. I am married so this mild spotting is a matter of concern?

Spotting is due to pcos. The concern is to keep ovarian function healthy. Amh going too high is not good that is why doctor has given you myo-inositol. You too can do something to manage pcos better. Maintain healthy lifestyle. Keep weight in healthy zone. Eat healthy balanced diet. Prefer low carb diet with low glycemic index like vegetables whole grains less sweet fruits. Exercise regularly including aerobic like walk and stretching like yoga. There is big help in the form of homeopathy and acupuncture.
