Hi. My name is rahul. I had been working in the bpo sector, in night shift, for app. 16 years. After I quit my night shifts, I realized that I am suffering from insomnia. I then met a psychiatrist, who advised me medicine. (about 2 years back). Now I have the same sleeping problem again, since some time. Through some sources, I mean informed that rohypnol or brotizolam tables will certainly be helpful. Pl advise. My earlier doc has gone abroad.

Better to avoid such sleeping pills and follow few exercise and pranayam regular basis then you will be permanently cured.
