Watering eye, epiphora or tearing, is a condition in which there is an overflow of tears onto the face, often without a clear explanation. The two main causes of watering eyes are blocked tear ducts and excessive production of tears. Newborns often have watery eyes that clear up. If not cleared in reasonable time period, you may do simple herbal eye wash at home which I ll tell you if need be. Better to do it than probing the nasolacrimal duct.
