I am 36 years old my xray report shows osteopytic spurring are seen in c2 vertebra &small posterior osteophytes spurring are seen in c5&c6 vertebrae. Generalised osteoporosis noted. Wht does this mean?

it's due to loss of bone mineral density, start with high calcium rich diet along with calcium rich food, and Tab.calday once daily after food for 3 months along with calcerol sachets weekly once into 8 weeks will help
