Hello doctors I want to know that I daily eat 6 dates and drink a glass of milk I want to know that is it enough for my daily protein requirement because my age is 20 and I am thin my weight is 53.5 I want to gain mass so that I go to gym to make my body perfect so I want to know that is it enough or I should add something more and what daily workout I can follow to make my body in shape and my stamina help me doctors please.
