I am 18 years old and day before yesterday I could not sleep due to the heat in my room next my body temp started rising but I no ent problem today it increased more and still increasing I do not know what to do pls help. Right now my temp is 37.7�celsius.

Stay cool during extremes heat waves many people find it more difficult to get adequate sleep extremes heat can affect your ability to fall asleep and feel refreshed from sleep it is imp for your health to get the sleep you need .wet your face and arm with a water filled spray stand in front of fan ,soak your feet in cold water 10 min before going sleep as heat is lost more quickly through extremities and wet your hair ,apply cool wet clothes cold water or ice packs (armpit and groin for short period )to the skin as this areas r where your blood flows closest to the surface of your skin ,apply wristband soaked in cold water ,remove excess clothing ,avoid exercising close to bed time it will increase internal temperature use quite dark and cool areas use fans in an adequetly ventilated area make sure room has open door or wind so fresh air can flow through room.
