My 1.5 year old suffering from prickly heat and slight fever as well. Doctor has confirmed it viral and for prickly heat suggested ketoconazole lotion as shampoo and liquid soap for daily use .i want to know if it is safe for him or not. If it is safe how frequently can he use the same?
