I am suffering from bad breath since last 8-10 yrs. Initially I did not realize much as I was not that much of a talking person but recently I feel that it has increased and I can smell myself. I did consult multiple dentists in last 2 years with the suggestion of cleaning and gum pastes. Did everything as per prescription but nothing helps. The smell starts within 2-3 hrs of my brushing. I brush twice daily and recently started with mouthwash as well and drink 3-4 lts of water daily. Started chewing gums as well but nothing works. Any suggestion on the cause will really help as ot affects my social life as I am chewing gums and cardamom like every 2 hrs.
