My weight is 70 and because of that I have lot of problems like chest pain stomach ache and sometimes migraine issues I have tried a lot to loose my weight but I am not able to. Please suggest me what to do. My age is 21.

How did you try to loose weight? Weight reduction can't be achieved in one week or one month. It's a long process. Also your height is necessary to calculate your bmi. For reducing weight start with 4 km jogging within one hour and slowly progress to 8 km jogging within one hour. Avoid oily, spicy food. Avoid maida. Take least amount of carbohydrates. Eat plenty of vegetables (not potato), dal. For other opinion consult.
