Dear Dr. I was suffering uti one week before and diagnosed albumin 30 mg and calcium oxalate in urine so gone through kft, gfr and ultrasound. Kft report is normal. And diagnosed left renal concretions. My gfr is 80.3.is this normal according to my age. I am female of 34 years. Kindly guide me. I am tensed abt gfr value.

In adults, the normal gfr number is more than 90. According to the national kidney foundation, normal results range from 90 to 120 ml/min/1.73 m2. Older people will have lower than normal gfr levels because gfr decreases with age. There is no reason to worry as you have no problem.
