Gud morning, I lives with my family. And I eat freshly home cooked food only but yhea sometimes I go out with my family/friends for dinner otherwise I prefer home food only. I drink lots of water everyday and tries to skip lunch also. Instead of taking food I takes fruits everyday in lunch. So why m having a constipation. You answer my question before related to constipation. So is their any medicine which you can prescribe. I'm taking lactulose solution also.
