Sir mujhe ghutne me dard rahata h aur pairo ki muscles me khichav rahata h main phycal work jyada krta hu, jaise daily 10 km race krta hu, aur zym bhi krta hu 1 ghante ye sab krne ke baad kamjori mahasus krta hu please help me give some tips to me.

You should drink lot of fluids and take adequate salt and water. Two glasses of lime water with salt and sugar will help reduce the cramps. Try not to exert on the strained knees.
