Hi doctor my baby is 50 days old .he was on formula milk firstly I was giving him nan1 then I switched to lactogen 1 he was ok till 34 days but after that he started constipate now again I changedhis formula to similac and thn similac to lactogen and now he is on a?ain nan1 kindly advise me he is pooping sometimes green sometimes dark green some times different green color js there any problem.

The absolute mistake is giving formula feed as bottlefeed using the nipple and for a 50-day old man needs only the breast milk is the food. If you still give formula, give it after giving the breastmilk for, and given with a spoon or a sipper. And never in a bottle with nipple if these precautions are taken nan or lactogen can be given.
