"intramural fibroid (60x15 mm) seen anterior aspects of fundus body of uterus towards right. Similar mass (19x19 mm) is seen anterior body. Small fibroid sledding (4 mm) seen in posterior body. Rest of the uterus is normal. No endometrial polyp is seen. Cervix is normal. Cul de sac is free. Uterus is enlarge" this is my tvs report. Trying to conceive for 1 yr. Please help.
