31 year old male, weight 80 kg, height 6 ft. Smoker last 10 years, 10 a day. Feeling constant heartburn for last one month. Taking pantop 40 daily, still some heartburn and gas is there. I got endoscopy 2.5 years ago in usa and was diagnosed with gerd and functional dyspepsia and told to take pantop and levosulpiride sos. Got routine blood work all normal - cbc, lft, kft,amylase, abdomen ultrasound, ecg. Should I get repeat endoscopy? Thanks.
