I am 60 years, have this sleeplessness insomnia. I do a lot of physical exercises and play badminton regularly. I have lot of worries due to my children but I don't take it my head so much but still I feel some worry due to which I never get sleep .i get up at least 3 times in the night to make warm milk ,and I am doing meditation also to calm my mind, Dr. can I take some light medication to get good night's sleep and feel fresh also in the morning.
