Hello. From yesterday onwards I have mild pain like poking in my right side of my stomach. I have no signs of vomiting. Today it is getting pain in right abdomen. Is it appendicitis pain? I am scared of it. Please suggest me what to do. Will any remedies helps in treating it. Can homeopathic medicines cures it? If yes I go for homeopathy as I am using homeopathic medicines for pcos.

please give more precise location of your pain. pain in rt lower abdomen can be considered as pain due to appendix.
