Im having wart / pyogenic granuloma in my scalp for 2 years but not on proper treatment now I again went they prescribed me with propysalic nf6 now im trying to conceive I know this cream should not be used in pregnancy whether this pyogenic granuloma /wart will affect the fetus what medication or treatment I have to take to get cure.
