I have been dealing with bloating for about 2 years. I have had every test done including colonoscopy, ultrasound, gastric empty test, egg test, x ray. I have tried linzess, dexilant, amitiza, trulance, miralax, lactulose and nothing is working. My doctor told me the other day I might have ibs. I wanted to know what medicine would be best to help with my ibs and bloating.

Best is to have isagol at night with warm water and have 3 glasses of warm water in morning and in afternoon. Do it for 1 week and see the difference. Have high fibre and low fat diet. Eat list of bananas.
