Hi Sir, My age is 29 yrs. My last period date was 8th of April. I took a pregnancy test on 19th may and it was positive and hcg beta showed 200.46 but the in tvs it showed no gestational sac and endometrium lining to be 18 mm. Yesterday I had just a spotting that too very negligible. So what does it mean? Is my pregnancy on the initial stage or it has aborted? But there is no bleeding.
