That last statement is the one that is crippling you. Just as you have written to me, you can as much talk to someone, especially a counselor. If you start leaving every company because the work pressure is too high, you will become a ?rolling stone that gathers no moss. Please look at this new job objectively and find out if the problem is because of you or because of the company, then tackle it accordingly. Don?t ever become a quitter for frivolous reasons. Learn to cope with the situation and only if the reason you have is persuasive enough, should you leave this job. If you are leaving assignments incomplete, surely that will be pointed out to you. People unfortunately do not acknowledge the good stuff but tend to focus on the negative. But incomplete work will draw the attention of the company authorities that be, anyway. If you had employees that were not performing, you also would be worried about what was not being done! If you talk to your supervisor and find out where you are going wrong and learn some new techniques from him, you will overcome your fears. People are very helpful, if you reach out to them. So you need to talk to them to help yourself. You must also learn to detach from work when you come home, and concentrate on socializing and spending time with yourself. Every job will be a challenge and you must learn to take this in your stride. Talking to a counselor will surely help you.
