My grandfather will be going with treatment of tooth extraction in which 12 teeth of my grandfather will be extracted and currently his age is 85 and I want to ask want are the precautions and causes of these treatment and will my grandfather face any problem in future or during the treatment.

No he won't face any problem. Just that he would have to take precautions as per your dentists advice for three to five days .till it heals properly. And go for regular checkups to the dentist.
