Hi I am 33 years old having a high pitta imbalance dosha. I have been also suffering from acid reflux. I saw in net that it is suggested to eat 4 to 5 small meals who have acid reflux problem. Now my question is how often or how frequently should I eat a day? What should be the time gap between two meals? Please help me out.

It all depends on your condition and how it suits you. You may eat small quantities every 2 to 3 hours. Have a snack at morning tea, at 6 am. Have good breakfast at around 9 am. Eat some snacks at 1100 am. Good lunch at around 1 pm. Snacks at 3 pm. Tea with snacks at 0530 pm. Light early dinner is advised, say at 8 pm. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4.
